Join Litens Information Technology team as an Information Security Manager. The Information Security Manager is responsible for protecting sensitive data throughout an organization and typically works with the IT and security operations team. This position develops and supports cybersecurity initiatives, assist with developing effective security strategies and analyse current systems for vulnerabilities and handling any cyber-attack. The Information Security Manager for this role should have a strong technical background in IT
systems and network security, excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills

What will you do?
• Assess, Review and Manage the company's security policies and ensure compliance with SOC-2, TISAX and GDPR requirements
• Design, test and implement secure operating systems, networks, and databases
• Password auditing, network based and Web application-based vulnerability scanning, virus management, and intrusion detection
• Conducting risk audits and assessments, providing recommendations for application design
• Monitoring and analyzing system access logs
• Planning for security backup and system disaster recovery
• Develop, direct, and coordinate global security programs, projects, best practices, and plans that advance the Global Security mission and strategies addressing a variety of issues, including crisis management, privacy, and physical security
• Serves as a cloud security consultant to help project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations and best practices
• Implement and operate cloud security technologies to include preventative, detective, and compliance controls
• Lead enterprise log management activities and support security analytics platforms responsible for providing a single-paned view into security threats
• Develop security countermeasures to detect malicious activity and creates operational and compliance dashboards & reporting
• Support incident response infrastructure & cyber intelligence platforms
• Train employees on cybersecurity
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Implement new technologies to improve vulnerability posture and mitigate security incidents
• Manage disaster recovery plans and review tests
What will you bring?
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology systems, computer science, or a related discipline is required • At least 7 years of experience in systems and network security is required • Industry certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills are necessary for guiding and motivating individuals to achieve a goal. You should be able to inspire confidence, delegate tasks, and encourage team
growth, creating a positive work environment
o Risk management skill
▪ Expert knowledge in risk management is required to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats in a computer system, develop effective security management policies, and assess data risks to determine the best way to protect sensitive information
o Communication skill is required
▪ Effective communication skills are necessary to explain security protocols clearly to technical and non-technical employees, create and share reports with executives, and ensure that a company implements suitable procedures and systems to protect its data
o Incident response skill is required
▪ For incident response, you should be able to respond quickly to mitigate the damage of a security breach, analyze and contain the incident, assess its impact, and develop policies to prevent future incidents. Familiarity with a company's incident response plan, as well as the ability to conduct malware analysis and digital forensics, can help you respond faster to cyberattacks
Additional Information
- Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
