We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (French & English) to lead and oversee our cybersecurity onboarding projects. This pivotal role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Initiation:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and objectives.
- Work with sales and technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2. Project Planning:
- Create detailed project schedules, task lists, and resource assignments.
- Identify potential risks and devise proactive mitigation plans.
- Establish clear communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
3. Project Execution:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, engineers, and Cyber Intelligence Centre personnel.
- Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Address roadblocks or challenges during project execution promptly.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of cybersecurity solutions before deployment.
- Adhere to industry best practices and cybersecurity standards.
5. Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
6. Project Closure:
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect client feedback and testimonials for continuous improvement.
- Archive all project documentation, including lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability management, incident response).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range
- $100,000 to $125,000 per annum
