- Develop software solutions using programming languages including C#, JavaScript, and Transact SQL. Leveraging Microsoft and web technology stacks
- Work with ITS Management and other senior IT leadership to establish a vision and goals for Pearl’s information technology; recommends new technologies and improvements to senior IT leadership.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and a combined experience in the following areas:
- software development programming
- designing, architecting, developing and implementing medium or large-sized software solutions
- gathering and interpreting business requirements
- software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Demonstrated expertise and competency level within multiple of the following technical areas:
- Microsoft .NET Technology stack using the C# language including .NET Core and the .NET Framework.
- Development concepts including object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles.
- Microsoft SQL Server using SQL.
- Relational database management systems.
- Web and browser-based technologies including ASP .NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, REST, SOAP and WCF.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization.
Certifications And Licenses
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is desired.
