Overview
Stealthwatch is partnering with a leading global network security vendor to hire a Presales Engineer to support their continued expansion in the Canadian market. This is a unique
opportunity to become the first and only Presales Engineer in Canada, playing a pivotal role in building technical relationships with customers and supporting sales growth across the region.
This position is ideal for a technically strong and commercially aware security professional who enjoys working closely with customers, demonstrating cutting-edge security solutions, and shaping technical strategy in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the sales team to support the full presales cycle across Canada.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, partners, and prospects in the Canadian market.
- Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with the vendor’s security platform.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and provide technical documentation where required.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and global presales teams to relay customer feedback and market requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner briefings, and customer workshops.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a Presales / Sales Engineering role within cybersecurity or network security.
- Deep understanding of network security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, network visibility, and threat detection.
- Ability to deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and articulate value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise or large commercial customers.
- Self-starter comfortable working autonomously as the sole presales engineer in Canada.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Location Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
- Will support customers across Canada with occasional travel as required
