Job Description
Within a young, dynamic, and highly skilled team, you will divide your time between three core activities:
- protecting clients by monitoring their online exposure through our Cyber-Surveillance service
- conducting operational threat intelligence monitoring
- performing Dark Web investigations and analysis
This role includes both operational work and the ability to deliver training sessions or workshops on cybercrime, OSINT, threat intelligence, and Dark Web methodologies.
Desired Profile
- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree or equivalent (cybersecurity, risk management, economic intelligence, political science, geopolitics, or related fields)
- Solid general understanding of cyber risks and cyber threat landscape
- Curious, motivated, and genuinely passionate about Cyber Threat Intelligence, OSINT, and the Dark Web
- Willing to learn, grow, and share knowledge within a team of experienced consultants
- Able to teach or guide learners during practical training sessions (a strong plus)
Required Skills
- First successful experience (internships included) in cybersecurity or risk management, ideally with strong interest in cyber investigations
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong ability to assess risks and articulate impacts
- Excellent writing skills in English and French
- Rigor, curiosity, and team spirit
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with OSINT investigation tools and techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with cybercriminal ecosystems (Telegram channels, forums, marketplaces…) is a plus
- Understanding of major cyber threats (ransomware groups, infostealers, hacktivists, fraud actors…) is a plus
Main Missions
As part of CERT-XMCO activities, you will join our cybersecurity consulting team. Your responsibilities will include:
1 — Establishing a presence on Dark Web platforms
Participate in monitoring major cybercriminal spaces (forums, marketplaces, closed Telegram channels, leak sites…).
2 — Qualifying and assessing threats
Evaluate impact, relevance, and criticality of identified threats, and summarize findings for internal and client reporting.
3 — Analyzing events from our Cyber-Surveillance service
Investigate alerts raised by our monitoring platform and conduct targeted manual searches to help clients anticipate potential attacks.
4 — Producing tactical and strategic analysis reports
Write clear, structured and actionable intelligence notes about cyber threats for clients.
5 — Monitoring the cybersecurity landscape
Follow daily cyber news, trends, and incidents, and contribute to the firm’s publications (blog articles, weekly intelligence reports, alerts…).
Bonus: Training Responsibilities (Optional but Valued)
- Deliver or co-deliver training modules on Dark Web investigation, OSINT techniques, threat intelligence, or cybercrime trends
- Build practical exercises, case studies, and real-world investigation scenarios
- Guide trainees through hands-on analysis sessions

Pay: $54,674.75-$103,682.53 per year
