Who we are: First Soft Solutions LLC is leading cybersecurity services and solutions company based out of Monmouth Junction, NJ. We provide Cybersecurity Engineering, Assessment, Operations, Compliance and Risk Services to our Clients. We are looking for a passionate cybersecurity professional to join and lead our high growth service development and delivery team for our client FSS is currently seeking a OT Cybersecurity Analyst/Business Analyst for our Clients across North America. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related focused technical training or 4 additional years of engineering experience that may have been acquired in the military or public sectors Minimum 3-5 years employed in OT security operations Background in OT and ICS system security administration and/or development Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments Strong understanding of OT network communication protocols, industrial networking topologies, as well as L2/L3 networking and architecture Knowledge and working experience in internet protocols, firewalls, proxies, and intrusion detection/prevention systems An ability to work autonomously, cooperatively, and remotely from the corporate office with other locations Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, etc.) Responsibilities: Typical responsibilities include, monitor relevant cyber threat feeds (DHS, ISAC's, etc.), analyze internal data feeds to detect and prevent malicious adversary behavior Help Assess, Audit, Recommend, Design, Document, and improve security solutions and processes for industrial manufacturing process and control network environments. Implement security architecture, methods, and controls required to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements Work with detection and operations teams to develop intrusion and prevention processes, techniques, and solutions. Respond to and, when appropriate, resolve or escalate security incidents Create detailed documentation including diagrams, procedures, and plans (e.g., Incident Response playbooks etc.) Lead OT Cybersecurity incident investigations Support forensic analysis of compromised devices, endpoint log analysis, development, delivery, and enforcement of response and remediation activities across the OT network Review enterprise controls to ensure the ICS/OT environment remains compliant and work with the Security team to track/remediate deficiencies. Represent the Cybersecurity team in meetings with the client's vendors and stakeholders. Maintain awareness of industry trends, threats, and tools used to support enterprise security. Perform other ad hoc duties to support the team's security goals.
