Field Sales Manager – Greater Toronto Area – Kognitive Sales Solutions, a division of Kognitive Tech Inc.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Leader who will be the next Field Sales Manager in our Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for an individual with a drive for the following:

Powered by our in-house workforce management system, Kognitive Sales Solutions recruits, trains and coaches retail sales representatives to offer the best solution possible for the customer.
Compensation:
Base Salary 45k-50k/yearly plus commissions
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training and empowering new representatives who drive the results in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Working closely under the direction of their Regional Leader to strategically optimize results leading to a high direct profit for their region.
- Executing effective training with new hires once they have completed online orientation to ensure team members graduate at a high performing level with excellent product knowledge and solid understanding of the sales materials
- Attend a weekly zoom call with your team to discuss their successes and provide information on new initiatives
- Focus team on In-Store Features that will entice the public to acquire and activate the products
- Motivate and encourage team members by building authentic relationships, aligning them to become a high performing team consistently
- Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed
- Attend a bimonthly social/training session with the team to train staff, take part in a fun activity, build the team mentality and recognize achievements and accomplishments.
Selection Criteria:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with proven track record of sales growth and team building
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Confident, self-motivated, with good communication and collaboration skills and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have access to a vehicle.
- Must be able to travel across the Greater Toronto Area to various store locations.
