The Job
As a Commercial Sales Development Representative at Panther Labs, you will be helping build a qualified pipeline by engaging with potential customers. This includes outbound prospecting via phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, or whatever it takes to get them excited about Panther. In this role, you will work alongside a sales team that focuses on the business needs of our customers.

The Responsibilities
- Influence product roadmap on behalf of customers and prospects
- Identify high-potential business and verticals and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Panther
- Manage and document the primary pipeline
The Requirements
- 9+ months of experience in a sales/lead generation role in a high tech/SaaS company
- Experience working in the outbound space
- Excellent communication skills
- A basic understanding of a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (CRM, Outreach/Salesloft, Prospect Research etc.)
- Process and detail-oriented

- Cloud or Security sales experience
Cash compensation range: 80,000 - 100,000 USD Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
