We have an opportunity for an Information Security Analyst to join the Information & Cyber Security team.
In this critical role you will:
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Plan’s data and systems.
- Works with data and business leaders to identify systems and data access required for staff to succeed in their roles.
- Supports Information & Cyber Security technology solutions, procedures. Supports staff in implementing and following security standards and policies. Proactively monitor security systems and report on concerns.
- Ensure applications and systems are reviewed for compliancy with organization policies and standards.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- 2+ years working experience in Information & Cyber Security or related field
- University degree or College diploma in Information Security field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of information and cyber security practices
- Experience with security toolsets including Identity & Access Management; Endpoint Detection & Response; Security Information & Event Management (SIEM); Firewall systems
- Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus
- Strong presentation skills

Once here, you will:
- Support development and documentation of security standards and procedures
- Work with information and application owners to develop secure design and implementation reviews
- Review applications and systems to ensure compliance with security standards
- Support Information & Cyber Security systems including Identity & Access Management, Data Loss Protection, Endpoint security, Security Information & Event Monitoring (SIEM)
- Proactively monitor for security concerns
- Review security monitoring systems and provide reporting
- Support security incident & response activities
- Support business & technical staff in implementing standards
