The Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales you will support in the creation of an early stage category in the cybersecurity and risk management market. Working as part of Panaseer’s US sales team, driving net new business sales into medium accounts. You will prospect, qualify, pursue, close, address objections and understand Panaseer solutions offerings and value proposition. You will manage complex sales cycles, navigating buyer personas, internal teams and decision-makers. You will deliver performance-driven value through knowledge sharing and feedback to prospects and to the internal team. Develop territory, account and opportunity plans to align the company resources around your success and communicate expectations cross-functionally. Leverage salesforce for Account & Opportunity management. Promote our company values and our keep our commitment to delivering value to customers
Skills And Experience
- A consultative sales background, strong sales methodology, with a record of selling software solutions in cloud/SaaS technology
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
- Track record of successful revenue attainment and consistently exceeding targets
- Experience of selling cybersecurity solutions to C-level executives from a direct sales position
- Ability to manage multiple partners /stakeholders at senior and C suite executives
- Exceptional organizational, prospecting and follow-up skills along with strong business skills
- A self-motivated problem solver who is detail orientated and can work autonomously
- Proven track record as a successful sales executive
- Strategic thinker with outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Start-up mentality to be creative, problem-solving and entrepreneurial and feedback to the company
- Experience in both selling directly and via partners

- Quick phone screen to align on the components of the role and salary expectations, etc. 15mins - with US sales team
- Initial interview (Value & Role compatibility, Skills assessment) 60mins - with the VP of Global Sales. We will tell you more about the role, the team, and get to know you, your past experience and future goals.
- Second and Third interviews - (meet the Sales team) 60mins - You will have the opportunity to meet members of the team and get a chance to ask questions of us too, of course!
