Position Overview
Reporting to the Security Manger, this person will work on security projects for BMM’s gaming clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer high quality of project delivery through strict adherence to BMM’s standards and procedures. All projects must be completed to the agreed deadlines and time allocations with a focus on superior customer value.
- Provide network, web, and mobile penetration testing services.
- Collaborate with your peers on all technical aspects of penetration testing and assist in the development of tools, reporting templates, and the development of an effective penetration testing methodology and toolset.
- Must have technical skills: Proven experience in vulnerability assessment/penetration testing, including network, web, and mobile application testing, this can be in the form of Capture the Flag competitions, personal labs, online sites such as HackTheBox, TryHackMe, and others.
- Knowledge of tools used for web application, mobile, and network security testingFundamental knowledge of information technology concepts (Networking, Operating Systems, Web Technologies)Strong attention to detail English written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote work is accepted
Must have technical skills:
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability assessment/penetration testing, including network, web, and mobile application testing
- Penetration testing certification is required - (eJPT, PNPT, CRTP, or others)
- Strong knowledge of tools used for web application, mobile, and network security testing
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of information technology concepts (Networking, Operating Systems, Web Technologies)
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Thirst for knowledge and a natural curiosity
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable skills:
- Experience with security standards and frameworks. e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.
- Advanced penetration testing certifications (OSCP, OSWE, CRTE, etc)
- Other information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc)
- Experience developing custom scripts or tools.
- Experience conducting Source code review (automated or manual)
