Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist for Fortinet and Sophos products, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to provide the best solutions to our clients, emphasizing the added value of our MSSP services, including installation, management, and ongoing support..
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for managed security services.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients’ security environments, challenges, and needs.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their current security posture and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate MSSP solutions, such as managed firewall, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, incident response and training.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that address specific client security requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on optimizing security operations and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Achieve assigned revenue goals and sales targets.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., technical, product, and service delivery) to ensure seamless integration of security solutions into client environments.
- Assist with onboarding and transitioning clients to managed security services.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and MSSP technologies.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams based on client needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
