What You’ll Be Doing
As the Senior Manager for Network Security Engineering, you’ll be providing technical leadership, resource co-ordination, best practices to a team of skilled network security engineers. Our journey will include deploying a zero-trust model and simplified design that will enhance our security policy. We are implementing a leading edge cloud-native security platform and helping our bank with its cloud transformation efforts. Our team with your leadership will help transform our bank.
In addition to being involved in delivering, designing, and maintaining a wide array of network based security services, you will partner with our internal Information Security community and stakeholders for security services we own. You will be working with your engineering team to design, develop, and test emerging infrastructure, automation solutions in accordance with bank standards, guidelines, and controls.

How You’ll Succeed
You are a security and technology thought leader. You have advanced knowledge of modern technology solutions as well as cyber security fundamentals. (Prisma Access, Palo-Alto NGFWs, Proxy, DLP, Malware Inspection, Packet Capture, SSL decryption, IPS/IDS and other SASE tools)
You have Security domain knowledge. 10 years of experience in an enterprise information security or technology engineering function including managing discrete work efforts, either directly as a people manager or through cross-functional leadership. You have experience in the design and maintenance of technology services across a large enterprise.
You are an accountable leader who can deliver. Exceptional and proven leadership capabilities – communication, influence & negotiation, conflict resolution, people management, relationship management (internal/external), and team building
Delivery: With a focus on technology design and automation, you will be leading a team of high performing engineers that will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and releasing emerging network based security solutions as well as life cycle management/continuous improvement of our existing footprint within the Security Engineering portfolio. Working through competing initiatives and priorities for a common goal.
Mentorship and Leadership: You will be providing technical leadership, coaching, establishing standards and best practices to infrastructure teams during infrastructure design and build phases of Infrastructure Engineering initiatives/projects including On-Prem, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings.
Collaboration and coordination: Working with other groups, managers, and vendors to provide optimal solutions, leveraging new collaborative tools and technology to expand the realm of participation and collaboration on solutions.
Who You Are
You have strong knowledge of: Approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems for data network environments.
