Code Red is a remote-first employer headquartered out of Denver, Colorado and successful applicants will have the opportunity to be 100% remote or to relocate to Denver if they so wish. As well as being one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the US, Denver gets 300 days of sunshine a year and offers access to the world-famous Rocky Mountain range!

The Role
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of our success as a business, ensuring that we are able to get Code Red’s service offering in front of the right decision-makers at some of the most exciting startups in the world.
We are building out our founding Sales team, and therefore offering an extremely competitive uncapped commission/bonus structure with the potential for salespeople to earn more than anybody else in the company.
As a Sales Executive at Code Red, your challenge will be to identify, prospect, and engage with startups to understand their cybersecurity challenges. From day one, you will receive exposure to exciting startups and complex cybersecurity challenges that need to be solves.
Sales Executives are responsible for the full lifecycle sales performance. Identifying and engaging prospects, qualifying and consulting them on our services, closing them in working with Code Red, and then managing the relationship as the account scales.

- Proven experience as an independent salesperson, prospecting new cold business.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and other prospect mapping tools.
- Comfortable presenting and pitching prospective customers.
- Sales/Customer service skills and outstanding communication skills.
- Well-organized and strong attention to detail and the ability to work with targets.
- Confident and outgoing personality and the ability and desire to work well in a small team environment and contribute to the company’s culture.
This is hybrid working position with 2 days working from a Denver based office. 3 days working from home.
The basic salary for this position is $60k-$90k per annum (based on experience) with OTE of $150k+.
