Responsibilities

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $71,000.00-$89,000.00 per year
