The Chief Revenue Officer will work remotely and will be responsible for establishing, developing, and implementing key strategic channel initiatives and partner account plans with solution provider/reseller partners to accelerate sales and revenue growth across the product suite.
The Chief Revenue Officer will collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product management teams around the globe to build and execute on strategy that drives value to our partners from offering our portfolio of solutions to their customers.
As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for accelerating current sales initiatives through channel partnerships that deliver sales growth and accelerate overall revenue across our product suite.

Required Skills & ExperienceQualifications
- Extensive track record of successful channel and VAR partner revenue growth
- Demonstrated understanding of partner sales models
- 4 years of experience in channel sales and channel development, in a Cyber Security and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related field
- Channel Account Management/Direct Selling experience with a Pproven track recordrecord of success of quota attainment and YoY quota growth with Channel
- Strong cross functional leadership and excellent communications skills to drive consensus across groups both internally and within the Channel/Partner organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly and effectively articulate our products value
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage with all levels of a partner organization
- Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management
- Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build positive working relationships with channel partners across verticals to maximize product sales. Develop strategic relationships with partners
- Manage existing partners and recruit new partners for sales growth.
- Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
- Provide product training to partners to Ddrive adoption of our products across a wide range of verticals.
- Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.
- Develop and review sales proposals with partners.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and product management teams to deliver partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase selling efforts.on key objectives
- Manage daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives.
- Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Perform partner reviews and recommend improvements.
