Identity and Access Management - Our reputation and brand are on the line, and we will not compromise. Our company's infrastructure and data need to be safeguarded before something happens and you will be primarily involved in all aspects of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, enabling enterprise users and systems with access to data and tools based on business needs and controls across Authentication, Authorization, Segregation of Duties, Least privilege access and facilitator of audits.

You will:
- Focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) related security controls applied across the user access lifecycle in a hybrid environment.
- Act as a subject matter for all aspects related to Identity and Access Management.
- Review IAM processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IAM control requirements for cloud-based applications and services.
- Execute and validate user onboarding, change of access and off-boarding requests within established SLA’s.
- Ensure IAM, PAM and Segregation of duty controls are applied to all third party users and their respective access.
- Ensure proper implementation and configuration of appropriate preventive, detective, and corrective controls for mitigating IAM risks.
- Manage application, user account intake to facilitate onboarding into the IAM and PAM suite of tools for consistency of controls across our environments.
- Engage with business and technical users alike to ensure controls are understood and consistently applied across tools, applications, infrastructure and data stores.
- Develop and maintain metrics and key risk indicators (KRI) for IAM services.
- Create and update IAM Operational Procedures.
- Participate in our on-call rotation including off business hours.
- Support compliance efforts by conducting user and application access reviews and attestation tasks as required.
- Perform automation of user access lifecycle processes.
- Perform audit of user access to facilitate troubleshooting and to assist with incident investigations are required.
- Work with IT Governance and Cybersecurity Risk teams to ensure that control parameters are met.
- Collaborate and work well with technical and business teams across the enterprise.
- Participate in Security Incident Response and Investigation with internal teams and 3rd party providers.
- Assist with Security investigations and report creation.
- Investigate IAM alerts and reports in a timely manner.
- Help onboard, enforce, administer controls using tools for Privilege Access Management.
- Manage ongoing reviews by business line and application owners to verify appropriate access based on job roles to capture any changes appropriately.
- Maintain and develop technical and procedural documentation in support of identity and access management services.

- 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a proven ability to engage with Senior Management and auditors.
- Experience with Powershell in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with validating and ensuring segregation of duties and least privilege principles across all services.
- Experience with managing identity in GCP.
- Experience documenting requirements and use cases to facilitate provisioning automation and related security initiatives.
Brownie points if…
- OSFI regulated environment experience.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with Privilege Account Management solutions: Cyberark, Thycotic, Beyond Trust
- GCP or AWS IAM experience.
- GCP, AWS or CISSP certified.
