I have an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Cybersecurity business. They will be doubling in size this year following their recent round of funding and have a strong runway for the next few years. They are being extremely strategic in their growth plans!
An enormously vital role is the Director of Customer Success, and you will be responsible for overall success, growth and retention of the current clients. As the leader, you will be required to build out the team, including attracting and hiring top Customer Success Managers. This is a huge land and expand opportunity as the current sales team have not penetrated any of their accounts fully yet!

What you need to bring to this role:
- Proven track record of building a CSM team and managing it
- Must have worked for a Cybersecurity vendor
- Need to have a commercial orientated background
- Be able to generate renewals
- Start-up DNA and drive to help a rapidly growing business achieve its growth
