IAM Provisioning Analyst – Cybersecurity
Opportunity in the insurance industry for a skilled cybersecurity professional with IAM expertise. This hybrid role focuses on access provisioning and governance, supporting audit compliance, Active Directory, and identity tools like SailPoint and CyberArk. Must be on-site in Markham 3 days a week, including Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, third-party users, and brokers through onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
- Perform user administration across systems such as Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and business-facing applications.
- Support IT audit and compliance initiatives by collecting and reviewing evidence and developing remediation plans.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests in accordance with SLAs.
- Participate in full project lifecycles related to Access Management and Broker Sanctioning.
- Develop and improve processes to ensure alignment with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain operational procedures that support security policies and audit controls.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic certification.
- ITIL and ISC(2) certifications considered assets.
- 1+ year of Identity and Access Management experience in a financial or insurance institution.
- Understanding of key Identity Management principles such as Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, Confidentiality, and Integrity.
- Hands-on experience with access management technologies, including:
- SailPoint Identity Management;
- IBM Security Access Manager;
- Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., CyberArk).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and self-motivation skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
