Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, ensuring their IT needs are met while driving business growth. You will develop strategic account plans, foster long-term relationships, and leverage your technical and business acumen to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities in Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services.
- Customer Success: Proactively address client challenges, align IT solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position Yapha as a preferred partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & QualificationsEssential:- 3+ years in Key Account Management or B2B Sales, preferably in IT Services, Cloud Solutions, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic account planning and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data, assess client needs, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Customer-centric approach with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Technical familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity concepts.
Preferred (Unique Skills That Set You Apart):- Certifications in IT Sales/Account Management (e.g., AWS/Azure Sales Accreditation, ITIL, CISSP).
- Experience in consultative selling – ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) for security-focused clients.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate certification is a plus.
