Position: Cybersecurity Sales Executive
Position Summary
Our organization is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter, with a positive outlook, who will be responsible for establishing new accounts within targeted geographic territories. The Cybersecurity Sales Executive will manage the full sales lifecycle and will identify prospects within the region, understand their challenges and highlight how our solutions and services will enhance their cybersecurity posture.
This will be a remote position with required travel within geographic regions. Competitive base salary with commissions.
Clearance Requirement
Must be able to pass a State and Federal criminal background check.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Find, cultivate, and close new accounts.
- Consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Seek and create new lead generation.
- Proactively pursue existing leads who have expressed interest in our services.
- Prospect to and create contacts within a geographic region.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Channel partners.
- Maintain a sustainable and accurate forecast of sales pipeline.
- Maintain awareness and stay up to date with new products, services, and pricing models of all BuddoBot product developments, new services, and internal changes in policy, technology, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain and update company CRM solution throughout sales cycle.
- Maintain appropriate activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings).
- Work with BuddoBot’s VP of Client Services to establish professional productive relationships with existing accounts for opportunities of expansion within those accounts.
- Become a solutions expert with the ability to strategically spot sales opportunities.
- Develop collaborative and productive referral relationships.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services BuddoBot offers.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Education And Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Background And Experience
- 5+ Years of experience in sales.
- 5+ Years of experience in CRM Tools.
- 3+ Years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions.
- A strong technical and logical understanding of offensive cybersecurity and current security trends and issues within multiple industries.
- Must have a proven record of excellence and success in identifying new leads, cold calling, negotiating contracts, building a partner network, and closing business opportunities. Most of all, listening to clients, understanding their concerns, understanding their risks, and then discu ss solutions.
- Executive acumen to conduct C-Suite/Board Discovery & Routine Account Status Calls that solves business challenges.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills
- Proven experience to understand concepts that solve business cybersecurity struggles.
- Solid understanding of the concepts of Cybersecurity and Offensive Cybersecurity.

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Demonstrated ability to research, initiate, and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and sponsors within assigned accounts/territory.
- Ability to build and execute territory and account plans.
- Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools.
- Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude.
