THE ROLE
At VerticalScope, we are reimagining the future of online communities and are looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to own and continue to grow our Sales and Client Success GTM strategy. This team includes our Data Analytics, Sales Planning, and Sales designs disciplines. As Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, your goal is to drive revenue and customer acquisition growth through pre-sales support for both national and mid-market Sales teams. You will also be charged with the creation of sales collateral, proposals, insight reports, thought leadership, and B2B marketing material. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define and continue to refine VerticalScope’s value proposition as it relates to product recommendations that are aligned to customer needs and KPIs
- Build demand generation by leveraging conversation and behavioral data sets to build - consumer decision journey narrative and positioning
- Develop and maintain a library of materials and assets including media kits, tentpoles, one-sheets, marketing templates, and RFPs
- Build and take to market thought leadership pieces supporting key vertical markets e.g. Auto, Finance, Home, Health, Technology etc
- Educate and train Client Success team on best practices and application of 1P data
- Collaborate with sales leadership and sales executives to develop and execute data driven B2B marketing collateral (pre-sales support) and overall GTM strategy
- Participate in the RFP ideation process, working cross functionally to build effective sales solutions with a clear rationale supported by data
- Participate in sales calls and meetings with Sales Executives and prospective clients using deep insights and a highly consultative approach to the sales process
- Lead DMP Operations and audience solutions
- Establish best-in-class, scalable RFP process, maximizing quality while reducing Sales friction, in close collaboration with with Sales Leadership, Sales Executives, and internal teams
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners
- Other related responsibilities and ad hoc projects as negotiated and needed to meet the ongoing needs of the company
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement, client services, sales, media planning, marketing
- Knowledge and experience with community and/or social media properties and platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, ComScore, DataStudio, Salesforce, MediaRadar, Monday.com
- Familiarity with BI tools and data concepts related to text analysis, NLP, machine learning, etc
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Highly collaborative, team player
- Detail and timeline oriented
- Strong presentation skills - presenting to C-Level, VP executives and Directors
- Entrepreneurial spirit - willingness to own deliverables and evolve them working with Sales Executives and Sales Leadership
- Get-it-done attitude - ability to push forward while working on multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Planning, or related field
