Title: VP of Strategic Initiatives, CyberSecurity

Summary
Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, the VP, Strategic Partnerships will support in establishing commercial partnerships with strategic GTM partners that generate business and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be able to develop mutually beneficial relationships with our GTM partners and as a point of contact to the sales organization. This person will combine a passion for sales and strategy with a genuine interest in developing authentic relationships. Candidate will establish, build and lead Securonix (SX) efforts to engage, manage, and grow relationships globally with a select named systems integrators (SI’s) and/or Value-Added Resellers assigned for strategic alliance development for go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in direct sales and business development
- Experience planning and leading Strategic Initiatives preferably around Security and CyberSecurity verticals
- Experience with developing strategic partnerships and go to market strategies with partners, alliances and managing major tech relationshipsExhibit extensive knowledge and ability to build and sustain long term relations with partners and clients to drive revenue;
- Showcase success in an individual contributor sales role in technology solution organization
- Solicit information from partners and clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunities
- Play an active role in discussing and developing solutions with client teams and clients
- Understand client business issues and matching them to service capabilities/revenue opportunities
- Overcome objections and obstacles to win the business, develop and execute a targeted relationship and account development strategy
- Thrive in an unstructured and evolving team and organizational environment
- Project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives and senior partners
- Meet significant targets and goals with minimal oversight and direction on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis
