Role: Technical Account Manager
Location: Canada

About the role:
- Owning the technical relationship for 10-15 Enterprise accounts
- Deeply understanding customer needs/goals to build account plans and customer roadmaps
- Making sure customers get the most success from using the company's platform
- Maintaining a close working relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services for continuous cross functional improvements
- Providing ideas regarding improvement of product gap with engineering team
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer facing post sales role (TAM, PS or CS)
- Strong technical SQL expertise (debugging, troubleshooting)
- Understanding of
- data analytics space (data warehousing)
- Experience using LINUX
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Exposure to DevOps
- Experience of using k8's/willingness to learn
- Start-up mentality
