Position Details:
We seek our first Enterprise Sales leader and hunter to make things happen. Our broad network of contacts will open the door to some of the largest companies in the US, and it is up to you to execute on these opportunities. You will own all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, budget, pipeline review, meetings, presentations, and closing deals. You are a one-person show but may add additional resources and team members to the sales team over time.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the technical details concerning how Ntrinsec’s platform works and what problems it solves for our customers.
- Work with Venture backers and Exec team to get the first 100 customers.
- Design and refine the Sales Process and create an Ideal Customer Profile for various market segments (geo, industry, size, etc.)
- Lead by example by driving everything from lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, closing, and retaining
- As the process develops, replace yourself with a scalable team
- Ensure the team's objectives are aligned with the business strategy.
- Mentor and build the team's capabilities by leaning on the company's playbook and implementing your own.
Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of sales experience is preferred
- At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Prior experience selling into Global2000 would be preferred
- Prior experience growing teams
- Technology or Start-up experience
- Proactive and hustler mentality
- Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
Bonus qualification
- Expertise in cybersecurity, event correlation, SIEMs, ticketing systems, risk management, and other managed security services.
