About the role:
We are seeking a motivated
Pre-Sale Specialist to assist our team by driving lead generation to grow the business. You will establish relationships with prospects via email and phone calls, develop key email messaging to support outreach efforts, and manage a customer relationship management database. Our ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable on the phone, and doesn't mind trying new things while wearing many hats in order to get the job done.
The goal is to further understand the customer needs and to connect the customer with our sales team. The Pre-Sale Specialist has a direct impact on the sales pipeline.
Hours:
2 pm - 10pm
What you'll do:
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Manage a pipeline of sales prospects using our CRM (Hubspot)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with prospects via email, personalized videos and warm phone calls
- Engage with prospects that are interested in trading in their vehicles and guiding them to move forward in the sales process with our Sales Advisor team
All about you:
- Comfortable communicating over the phone, must be able to communicate effectively over email, SMS and chat
- Determination, positive attitude, and ability to self-motivate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambitious start-up environment (over 75 calls and emails a day)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Energetic with a strong desire/proven ability to create exceptional customer experiences on par with luxury clientele expectations
- Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft
- Proven proficiency using multiple software applications such as Gmail and CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Experience: at least 1-2 years in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.)
