Description
There is an opening for a full-time, entry-level/junior Information Technology Systems Administrator in a 65-person accounting office that is expanding and extremely busy. You will be working with the senior network administrator and IT manager and reporting to them. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Supporting the creation and execution of new computer projects and the installation of new hardware
- Workstations, printers, servers, networks, remote connections, cloud services, and other devices: analyse, troubleshoot, and fix problems with them
- Installing new workstations, including hardware, software, and monitors
- Install, test, manage, update, keep track of, support staff with, and troubleshoot all Windows and operations software
- Every system for business continuity, backup, and cyber security should be monitored, tested, and deployed with assistance.
- Purchasing, upkeep, oversight, and support for all equipment keep up with all technical documents
- Investigate and report on cutting-edge hardware, software, and services for computers.
- Support and resolve any potential daily IT support concerns.
- Personalize daily IT assistance for each employee
The Chosen Applicant Will Meet The Requirements Listed Below
- Two or more years of system administration work experience, ideally with a two- or more-year degree in computer science, systems administration, or another IT certification.
- Knowledge of and expertise with supporting server, PC, desktop, and other devices working technical familiarity with the most recent operating systems, protocols, and standards;
- Strong interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently, team player, organisation, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to write technical procedures, do thorough research, and update support materials.
