We are seeking a driven customer focused sales professional to join our team as our Client Relationship Manager. This position is responsible for the on-going satisfaction of Haycor’s clients. In addition, this position is to develop new opportunities within our existing clients and to find and assist in closing new referral accounts for the company.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing all existing client accounts including acting as the go-to person for the client with additional customer service responsibilities and liaise with the Tech Team to ensure client satisfaction.
· Responsible for finding new opportunities with existing clients, renewing and upselling contracts, cross-selling NEW services and seeking referrals
· Maintain Haycor’s CRM database with 100% accuracy
· Meticulously follow Haycor’s account review process which includes tracking and reporting on key metrics, updating records appropriately, scheduling and attending appointments (in-person and virtual) on a regular basis and other duties as required.
Must Haves:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an MSP environment.
· Demonstrated ability to use solid, persuasive arguments to sell MSP products to existing clients.
· Proven track record as a strong account manager
· Proven decision-making skills
· Solid oral and written communication skills
· Must be independent, responsible, mature and flexible
· Excellent time management and organization skills
People and Sales Skills:
· Enthusiastic personality, outstanding people skills, solid oral communication skills

· Ability to use solid, persuasive arguments to engage our clients

· Proficiency in using a computer and strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
· Excellent attention to detail

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
