WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
There are multiple initiatives RAMPP undertakes as part of IT Tech compliance and governance. In this role you will be responsible for managing Server compliance and Tech currency projects. The role will coordinate, manage, communicate and execute tech currency initiatives and ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Monitor and track Server non-compliance and TSS failures
- Manage Tech currency upgrades
- Collaborate with Support, Infrastructure, Vulnerability Management group to achieve tech currency and Infra. deliverables on time and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated and managed
- Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Escalate where appropriate
- Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required.
- Manage concurrent IT tech risk initiatives related to Infrastructure/ Post–prod application in a time efficient manner.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree in computer science or science major coupled with Tech currency and IT Infrastructure project and experience in managing multiple priorities and initiatives.
- 3 - 5yrs of Project Management experience
- 3+ yrs of experience in managing tech upgrade or cyber security projects
- Experience in Tableau reporting
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong organizational, project coordination and time management capabilities.
- A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
- Ability to facilitate with multiple groups with respect to process and procedure
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
- Experience in compliance, Tech Currency and regulatory initiatives
