Responsibilities Assume a primary role in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and problems Assist Accounting and Finance in automating processes. Field issues and requests from users and troubleshoot technical problems to find solutions Set up and support in person, by phone, email, and remotely connecting staff computers and shared equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, etc. Configure printers and scanners Perform routine hardware/software maintenance processes, including upgrades, replacements, imaging, data recovery, diagnostics, and anti-virus procedures. Work with Technology Service & Delivery, Operations, Event Support, Cyber Security, and various other technical and business teams to provide IT support services Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance Manage software and hardware licenses and services Create high-quality documentation for both colleagues and end-users Assist with related IT asset management Work with technology service providers to ensure operations and cyber security is optimized Document process and technical standards to meet corporate policies and industry best practices Other tasks and responsibilities as requested Requirements Degree or diploma in an IT area and 3+ years experience in an IT support role Technical proficiency with personal computer equipment and software, Windows, MS Office and a firm understanding of networking Creating and managing user accounts Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Results-driven with high attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated experience enforcing standards, policies and procedure
