CYBRPLEX is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst on behalf of our client in Vancouver, Canada. They are looking to strengthen their security operations. This role offers an opportunity to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats while working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Threat Monitoring & Incident Response
• Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats
• Conduct threat analysis, malware investigations, and forensic assessments
Security Operations & Compliance
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation strategies
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or other frameworks
• Assist IT teams in implementing security best practices
Cloud Security
• Analyze cloud security traffic and system logs to detect anomalies
