The Product Consultant, Cyber Security and Service Excellence will responsible to help support the Operational Technology Network and Cyber Security suite of products. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fluid environment and adapt to different processes as the organization works towards a steady-state model. This will involve multiple facets of the value chain from strategy to support, including product design and testing, documentation, cost modeling, and data visualization. It will also require working across multiple teams at Oxford including Investments, Asset Management, Development, and Property Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of multiple product requirement documents (PRDs).
- Maintain the Infrastructure and Cyber Roadmap.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between the product and technical teams within Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
- Support the technology and cyber security due diligence process across all types of investment types as needed.
- Gather and organize financial data in Power BI from multiple internal and external parties to support the annual budgeting process.
Skills And Experience
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Engineering or Business/Commerce.
- Familiarity with PRDs and the ability to manage complex products with some oversight and the ability to manage smaller products independently.
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel including comfort with lookups, pivot tables, and other common functions related to decision support.
- Must be comfortable working in an unstructured environment with a willingness to follow up on tasks independently with limited oversight.
- 2-3 years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and simple data structures preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Atlassian and Jira is a plus.
- Experience working with largely SaaS-based technology budgets is a plus.
