What will you do?
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Bilingual Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. Based in Eastern Canada, this role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with clients, Schneider Electric, Distributors, System Integrators, and across various business units within Schneider Electric Canada including Process Automation, Industrial Automation, OEM and End User Sales while driving revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios - Net New Business.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Utilize Mutual Success Plans and structured sales processes to align with client objectives and milestones.
- Work closely with other Software enterprise sales representatives, Digital Transformation consultants, general sales teams, and Inside Sale support roles to share insights and drive team success.
- Support other business units on a pre-opportunity basis to maximize team adaptability and responsiveness.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or digital transformation sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong skills in pipeline management and relationship building
- Aveva, ETAP and RIB Software portfolios (asset)
- Strong understanding of Eastern Canada’s industrial market (asset)
- Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
