Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead Account Manager at BALANCED+. The Project Lead Account Manager will oversee and manage IT projects, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves developing project plans, tracking progress, communicating project updates, and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Project/Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT consulting or related field
- Ability to prepare project budget, and monitor current project cost
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Diligently qualify and develop new business opportunities specializing in IT Services and Solutions.
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Update and manage client information and opportunities in Dynamics CRM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
· Manage projects, resources, and client’s expectations
·
· Develop solid client relationships and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts on an ongoing basis
· Diligently qualify and develop new business opportunities specializing in IT Services and Solutions.
· Develop and nurture strong business relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
· Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
· Work closely with other team members to develop and present technical solutions appropriate for the customer's requirements.
· Act as a first escalation point for customers on various potential issues.
· Consistently demonstrate a high level of teamwork through working cooperatively and effectively with other internal and external stakeholders
· Update and manage client information and opportunities in CRM
· Participate in marketing or lead generation campaigns as required
· Cooperate with technical teams in writing proposals and RFP responses for potential and current customers.
Requirements:
· A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
· Experience in project management, sales, and account management (technical solutions).
· Knowledge and interest in local IT market and industry is strongly desired
· Proficient in using CRM’s and LinkedIn
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets through self-motivation and determination
· Strong project leadership skills are an asset
· 1-2 years’ previous experience
· PMP certification (Project Manager Professional)
Skills and Qualifications
· Knowledge and familiarity with vendors is preferred (Fortinet, Tenable, ActZero, Sophos, TrendMicro, Microsoft)
· Experience in conducting ad-hoc brainstorming sessions with clients (with SE support)
· Conceptual knowledge in cybersecurity (SIEM, ZTNA, SASE, VPN, MFA, MDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering)
· Project management, time organization
