This position is responsible for monitoring cyber security and security operations. They are the first to respond to and act against cyber-attacks & critical vulnerabilities. They identify, analyze, and resolve the issues related to security. Analysts are expected to be able to read, understand, and notify cyber trends. It's critical that the analyst has basic knowledge in areas like networking, malware analysis, incident response, and cyber etiquette.

What You Will Be Doing

Support the day-to-day operational support for first level security alerts.
Support of corporate-wide whitelisting software
Ensure searches for Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) are completed when reported, through EDR tools.
Manager corporate wide SSL certificates.
Monitor, investigate, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Monitor, investigate, and remediate potential SPAM and phishing e-mails.
Monitor, investigate, and remediate 3rd party SIEM alerts to completion.
Monitor, investigate, and remediate Microsoft 365 alerts to completion.
Assist in ISO 27001 yearly audits.
Stay updated about the latest security threats.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience
Detail oriented
Analytical and critical thinking.
Basic networking understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with business partners, project teams and Business analysts.
Ability to work with other Administrators to drive team initiatives.
