Role Description

As the Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, leading a dynamic team and overseeing day-to-day sales activities. This role demands a strategic and proactive mindset, essential for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals. This role will report directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
Manage sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and strategy implementation.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated expertise in selling or marketing cybersecurity products or SaaS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive presentation.
Robust analytical skills, with the ability to tackle problems strategically and effectively.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
