We are seeking a versatile and hands-on IT & Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of information technology for our small company. Reporting to the CFO, this role requires an individual who is self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from printer maintenance to cyber security protocols. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, as they will be the sole in-house member of the IT team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our information technology infrastructure, systems, and applications. They will be a team player involved in strategic decision making while supporting critical business functions and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages all information technology solutions and applications for Vista, including IT systems, phones, security – hardware and software.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, including maintaining and establishing key IT service provider relationships and ensuring SLA terms are met;
Ensure the reliability and security of the company's network and application infrastructure and manage the Company’s PCI Compliance program;
Develop and maintain a robust backup and disaster recovery plan to ensure data integrity and business continuity;
Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align IT strategies to support those objectives;
Propose and implement technology improvements to enhance overall efficiency;
Support, evaluation, recommendations, and implementation of software solutions that align with the company's business needs;
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications;
Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure hardware, software, and services;
Act as the point of contact for all IT-related concerns within the organization;
Work with the business and our next generation system consultant to support our technology roadmap deployment;
Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's data and information;
Lead the Company’s cyber security programs, including training, penetration testing and reporting on such matters to the Board of Directors and Senior Management;
Support security components and other critical related infrastructure as it relates to our facilities;
Manage the overall IT related budget; and
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and ensure the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a self-motivated IT professional.
Strong technical skills across a broad range of IT areas, including hardware, software, and networking.
Agile and can demonstrate an ability to flex and adapt to new challenges, work independently and take initiative
Key Technical experience around managing outsource service providers and relevant IT Vendors.
Wide ranging IT experience across multiple disciplines Service Management, Infrastructure, Applications and Application project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
Familiarity with small business IT budgeting and cost management.

Education and Certifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years of experience in an equivalent role
The candidate must have a minimum of five years working knowledge of Microsoft networks, operating systems, MS Office Suites.
Web application hosting experience and/or network security experience is desirable. The candidate must demonstrate an aptitude for technical products that will enable him/her to quickly understand Vista’s security solution set as well as broaden their client-server expertise.

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
