Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist.

Description of Duties:

Work with our internal learning team to help develop awareness and training materials that are appropriate for intended audiences
Support the design and execution of a variety of education scenarios, such as gamification
Work with our internal learning team to develop training curriculum and course content
Recommend revisions to curriculum and course content based on feedback, industry standards and the current threat environment
Provide consultation for cybersecurity issues as needed
Work with the team on the delivery of phishing campaigns and debrief presentations

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience delivering cybersecurity awareness, training and phishing campaigns
Expert level of facilitation, presentation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysts and experts

Solid understanding of information technology assets/environment
Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles
Implementation of an enterprise-wide education and awareness strategy utilizing cybersecurity online solution provider training and custom built
Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including cloud and on-premise environments
