IT COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY

Committed to an inclusive workplace, we are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing reliable and on-time IT support to all levels in the organization. You will put into action your knowledge in Information Technology to support the operation and positively impact the business results.

You will use your technical aptitude to quickly solve technical issues and work closely with our external IT service provider to coordinate and facilitate needed IT resources, completion of projects and trainings for staff to be successful in their roles.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end users.
Act as the point person and provide first level solution for matters related to various systems and peripherals.
Coordinate work closely with existing providers regarding issues to ensure seamless processes and operation.
Review the various systems capabilities, workflows, and limitations to determine if updates or program changes are necessary in the existing system.
Load appropriate software packages such as operating systems, office applications, etc.
Analyze organizational need for information systems and recommend appropriate hardware and software use, configurations, and purchases.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, or related field
3 to 5-year experience in related field
Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and cyber security
Efficient in Microsoft Applications including Windows server, Microsoft 365, etc.
Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) technical issues to appropriate party
Excellent trouble shooting and analytical skills
High level of self- motivation and initiative
Respectful and professional in dealing with internal and external customers
Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
We require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID 19.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
