Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst - IAM

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role:

STONE Resource Group is representing a leading company in the manufacturing industry that is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join their team. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, ensuring secure access to critical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Create and maintain custom rules, transforms, and workflows.
Perform unit testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of IAM solutions.
Work with Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity governance support.
Develop reporting, metrics, and exception handling capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of IAM systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access controls, user provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
Quickly create and manage access for users, maintaining system integrity.

Must-Have Skillsets:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) administration.
Strong understanding of access management, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) configuration and customization.
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
Experience with Oracle or Fusion systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skillsets:

Knowledge of Delinea Secret Server.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
