STEM the Gap Academy is dedicated to empowering young girls with essential cybersecurity knowledge and skills. We are seeking passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Educator to inspire and mentor girls in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct engaging and interactive group cybersecurity classes for girls aged 5-8

· Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

· Foster a safe and supportive environment where girls can explore and excel in cybersecurity.

· Serve as a mentor and role model, demonstrating the possibilities and opportunities within the field.

Requirements:

· Experience in teaching children, preferably in a STEM-related field.

· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.

· Availability to teach primarily on weekends.

· Ability to convey information with enthusiasm and inspire young minds.

· Currently enrolled in a cybersecurity-related educational program or working in the field.
