Key Responsibilities:

Uses cybersecurity products and security control technologies to reduce identified risk to an acceptable level.
Documents and escalates incidents that may cause immediate or ongoing impact.
Analyzes network alerts from multiple sources to determine possible causes.
Uses cyber defense tools to monitor and analyze system activity continuously to identify malicious activity.
Uses packet analysis tools to validate intrusion detection system alerts.
Uses network traffic to reconstruct malicious activity.
Investigates and reports incoming alerts from SIEM technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
