Lead a small team conducting Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment testing on Industrial Control System devices, systems, and related software.

Lead a team, conducting white and black box testing of devices and software for security flaws and vulnerabilities. Identify areas of concern and recommendations for an improved cybersecurity stance. Will require staying up to date and training others about current security vulnerabilities and mitigation processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead the specification, design, implementation, and test of firmware/software systems.

2. Understand hardware and software interactions, and collaborate with Hardware Engineers.

3. Lead the development of designs and test documentation.

4. Mentor Engineers, Associate Engineers, and Technicians.

5. Serve as a technical contact for internal customers.

6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

7. Understand. Create. Simplify.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

Typically 6+ years experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Object Oriented and/or Embedded Programming (C, C++, C#, Python)

- Network Communications (IS and/or ICS Protocols)

- Digital Forensics

- Reverse Engineering

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)
