Responsibilities

The Manager of Commercial Services is responsible for leading Commercial service line business including staff management, service delivery, account management and supporting business sales and marketing initiatives.

Successfully develop and manage a team of Senior and Staff Consultants for a multitude of cyber security and compliance related consulting services – SOX, SOC 1 / SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO.
Manage the overall delivery of service line-specific Consulting services to clients.
Serve as the engagement lead for service line-specific consulting engagements.
Perform final QA review of team deliverables prior to client submission.
Manage the coordination of consulting engagements with the leaders of other service lines.
Provide thought leadership in the form of authoring whitepapers and blogs, leading speaking engagements and hosting webinars.
Contribute to the development and optimization of firm methodologies and processes.
Deliver a world-class experience for our clients.

Please note this is a full time remote position.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information systems (MIS), Information Technology.
Other relevant degrees may be considered.
Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of successful industry experience with mid-market firm in a management role. “Big 4” or 3PAO experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of common compliance frameworks including Commercial compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 1 / SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO. etc.)
Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field or have previously held a Manager role.
Cloud security knowledge is preferred.

Certifications

Currently possess CPA, CISA, CISSP or other relevant certification(s) (e.g., CISM, CCSK).
