Primary Job Duties:

Manage and oversee the office operations within Cybershield’s head office blended with supporting our parent company’s corporate office administration department.
Assist the operations department with maintaining databases that track I.T. hardware and software leases.
Assist in creating internal and external policies, standard operating procedures and “how-to guides”.
Conduct research on client IT issues and report findings to management.
Develop and maintain client relationships by managing the sales pipeline
Design and implement marketing strategies and manage social media accounts.
Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, prepare contracts, and be part of the new client onboarding team.
Participate in networking events, trade shows and charity fundraiser events.
Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects, taking meeting minutes for various companies within the Rinomato Group umbrella.

Requirements:

1-2 years of administrative or office manager experience
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, I.T.M. or related field preferred
Self-starter with strong business management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Personable and energetic
