IT Director

We are looking for IT Director, who will be responsible for strategic planning and ensuring operational excellence in all activities and will be responsible for the thought leadership, operationalization and ongoing management of comprehensive information practices at our company. IT Director reports directly to the CTO.

Applications and Services:

Manage and optimize customer relationship management, communication and collaboration, network and infrastructure, data storage and management, IT tools and programming, and other systems and tools.
Ensure all applications are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Review and analyze existing applications' effectiveness and efficiency to improve and leverage systems.
Establish team's service level objectives and manage performance to drive continuous improvement.
Manage all major application contracts and optimize resources.
Identify and manage resources for all stages of application development, including coordination with 3rd party service providers, to meet technical, financial, quality, and sustainability targets.
Ensure solutions respect IT architecture and quality standards throughout the application lifecycle.

Team Management:

Develop and foster a high-performance culture throughout the IT-applications teams.
Collaborate with business units to align IT services with business needs and goals.
Plan and allocate resources and budgets to deliver prioritized business solutions.

Infrastructure and Security:

Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including network, server, mobile and internet networks, physical devices, storage systems, and physical security systems.
Manage and optimize IT tools and programming, including IT service management, version control, reports, training tools,
Ensure the security and protection of IT systems and data, including DNS, password management, cybersecurity, and physical security systems.
Set standards, strategies, and procedures across the application lifecycle for systems integration, testing, and support.

IT Director Requirements:

Degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration related role
Minimum of 5 years working in a senior management technology-related role
Experience with cloud computing and virtualized environments
Previous experience leading projects and managing a team and budget
Strong communication and leadership skills
Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases
