The Security Systems Analyst provides support for the security functions of Renasant Bank Corporate Security. The Security Systems Analyst will work with the Corporate Security Officer and other members of Renasant Bank Risk Management department.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls related to the safety and security of branch and bank staff, analyze issue and determine course of action
Assist in review and submission of service and repair requests of security equipment
Maintain database records and assist in review of monthly security reports; follow up on any issues noted
Visit locations and under the supervision of the Corporate Security Officer perform branch equipment inspections and provide training to branch staff
Develop and monitor scheduling of routine branch visits and inspections with local management
Prepare and maintain confidential investigative documents in either hard copy or electronic format as well as assist in the investigation of criminal activity
Assist and maintain SharePoint repository of security equipment floorplans with photos of unique equipment
Work with IT staff and vendors to schedule security equipment installations
Verify, import, and continually monitor critical branch security equipment systems
Review and maintain facility guard procedures
Assist in processing of vendor invoices
Manage all branch alarm systems through alarm management software including adding new users and deleting terminated employees and vendors
Manage all branch video systems through management software including adding, deleting appropriate employee access
Manage and process all branch access control requests
Build security credentials, obtain employee photos, and manage their appropriate distribution
Monitor alarm connections and analyze panel activity
Basic troubleshooting and ensure appropriate remedies occur
Obtain, maintain, and validate branch information and emergency contact information using our online portal with the central station monitoring company
Provide, assist, develop, basic end user instructions for all branch security equipment
Review and assist in oversight of cameras and DVR software, including network connections, software/firmware updates, camera locations and verifying proper setup and connectivity
Respond, search, identify event video. Analyze, enhance, export and archive event video for law enforcement and SharePoint archive.
Assist branch personnel with security system testing protocols
Develop, process, and manage security system SQL database queries
Document and provide reporting support for security audit functions
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent years of directly related experience will be considered)
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality about all information
Ability to analyze, organize, and create data using multiple softwares
Detailed oriented with ability to produce high quality work
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to learn, use and manage security software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear, concise, correct)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision
Ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and providing support
Self-motivated, task oriented, professional, and capable of managing the work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor with a proficiency in problem solving
