What will you do?

Be the Digital Marketing SME for all things related to the features and functionality of the B2C and B2B sites. Working with digital team & agency partner(s) to facilitate development opportunities, impacts and prioritize updates accordingly
Overseeing projects / deliverables from end to end (requirements gathering, use case development & user journey mapping through to stakeholder sign off, QA, UTA, launch and post launch support & continuous testing), including but not limited to:
- Website re-platforming
- Service and Repair / Lead generation form updates
- Cross Sell
- On Site Search
- Automated Booking
- Digital Accessibility
- Cybersecurity Updates
- Content Personalization
- Ecommerce
- Budget management including monitoring spend from dev agency and accessibility agency partners, vendor set ups, invoice processing and tracking, forecasting
- Understanding vendor quotes / estimates for projects and ensuring they align with the expectations for the project to secure necessary budgets and approvals
- Managing updates to the web conversion form as required Thorough QA Bug fixing and problem solving (some in-line coding required – JSON)
- Oversee site development with agency – providing direction and prioritizing site updates, managing implementation, reviewing work and approving before being pushed to production
- Develop and review digital strategy / planning / roadmap considerations to help identify priorities and resources required

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s Degree, training in digital marketing an asset
8+ years related experience – website re-platforming experience an asset
Working knowledge with a CMS is preferred, familiarity with different CMSs an asset
Strong analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative data
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse relationships, and influence and build consensus across a broad range of backgrounds, organizational levels and perspectives
Experience managing highly complex projects from initiation to post launch support
Detail oriented & organized
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to provide leadership on projects that might not have a predefined solution and/or scope; resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances and environments
Experience driving projects using a combination of waterfall & agile methodologies overseeing agency partners as well as internal stakeholders and resources
Demonstrated ability to lead senior stakeholders and partners, and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics
Can multitask and stay on top of multiple high priority projects
Experience with thorough QA & UAT including building test cases
Can define use cases and map out user flows
Quick thinker / strategic / willing to learn and roll up sleeves
Familiar with accessibility standards and AODA Requirements
