We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, positioning Ravensguard as a partner in cybersecurity.

• Present our full suite of offerings—penetration testing, incident response readiness, security awareness training, governance & compliance assessments.

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

• Provide market feedback to inform service development and positioning.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales (cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS strongly preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate business value to non-technical buyers.

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

• Established network within IT, cybersecurity, or regulated industries is an asset.
