Role:

Quantum Strides specializes in IWMS solutions including services for IBM TRIRIGA and ServiceNow / Nuvolo platforms. This role will support the SNOW and Nuvolo practice. As a Business Development Associate , you will play a critical role in the success of our SNOW and Nuvolo practice as you manage lead generation, new business prospecting and grow business across multiple verticals- including public sector and commercial organizations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with solution consultants, bid management teams and solution architects to ensure successful bid submissions and wins.

Job responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and generate revenues by successfully introducing Quantum Strides IWMS solutions to customers in the United States and Canada.
Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads for Quantum Strides SNOW/Nuvolo practice
Identify, develop, and leverage relationships/ opportunities to win new business
Leverage existing relationship with customer base to generate quick wins.
Develop and manage key account base to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives.
Work closely with bid management team, solution consultants and architects to develop winning response to RFPs and win business
Establishes strong client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, and networking.
Take ownership and accountability for revenue targets and sales projections.
Drive the development of sales strategies that will produce consistent and predictable results.
Provide visibility into pipeline development and revenues by maintaining accurate records using CRM sales tool
Acts as a key liaison between clients and Quantum Strides for the purposes of presenting sales presentations.
Represent Quantum Strides at events, conferences, trade shows to generate new business and promote brand awareness.

Required skills:

5+ years of hands of business development experience selling IWMS solutions or Facilities Management software (Preferred)
A minimum of 1 year experience selling SNOW or Nuvolo solutions and services (Highly Preferred)
A good understanding of SNOW or Nuvolo (Mandatory)
Existing customer relationships in the ServiceNow, IWMS, Facilities Management marketplace (highly preferred)
Ability to work with multiple team members with the focus of winning new business for IWMS / Facilities Management solutions
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
A team player who can consistently achieve targets and deliver results
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
